• 1. Knowledge of PV elite software & auto cad required.

• 3. Checking of GA & manufacturing drawing, component drawing, purchase material specification i.e. BOM.
• 4. ASME audit experience.
• 5. Customer communication skills.
• 6. Interaction with TPI for U stamp, IBR jobs required.
• 7. Knowledge of different customer specifications.
• 8. Team handling, planning of work done, achievement of targets.
• 9. Interpersonal Communication with teams and other departments.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• 1. Review of customer specification.
• 2. Mechanical Design on PV Elite software.
• 3. Mechanical design preparation for 'U' stamp job.
• 4. Preparation of Fabrication drawing .
• 5. Preparation of work order part list and enquiries required for material procurement.
• 6. Preparation of material standard specification as per ASME required for U-stamp job.
• 7. Checking of fabrication drawing, BOM.
• 8. Knowledge of ASME, TEMA, PED is required.
• 9. Preparation of MDR.
• 10. Interaction with AI, client .

Rles & Responsibilities

• • Marketing of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels & process skids
• • Co-ordinate for technical and Commercial negotiation with Customer
• • Preparation of costing for the enquiries
• • Cultivate business relations with key customers in India and Overseas
• • Evaluation of Tenders & Bidding documents
• • Follow-up with customer for order conversion
• • Interaction with customer to ensure timely payments against milestones
• • Close interaction with Proposal team to esure timely offer submissions
• • Interaction with internal departments for resolution of queries from customer
• • Handling customer complaints with RCA, CA & PA
• • Maintaining ISO documentation & records
• • MIS Reporting
• • Handling registration with new customers
• • Presentation to customers for the products and services provided
• • Present and participate in seminars, conferences and exibitions to enhance
• • Evaluate opportunities, Visits & Interaction with target customers for generation of new enquiries.

Job Description

• 1. Prepare of QAP: Prepare stages of inspection based on material, end use of product, Inspect ability, past experience
• 2. Inspection of raw material at supplier end.
• 3. Product identification & traceability: Ensure that all equipment, facilities for tests specified in QAP's can be conducted either on an approved laboratory or approved subcontractor
• 4. Conduct stage Inspection as per QAP and record result.
• 5. Prepare final inspection report
• 6. Identify need of calibration for instrument and enter details in calibration register
