- Air: Atlas Copco (I) LTD. make compressor GA-55 (350 CFM), for pneumatic test and other services such as Grit blasting, Painting & powering Pneumatic tools.
- Separate air drying unit for painting.
IT & COMMUNICATION
IT infrastructure at Radiant includes a network of several networked workstations, servers with Multi-shift operation (i.e. 24*7 ). Our facility is deployed on our strong and highly accessible cluster of servers within the Radiant data- centers. As a result, both the plants RE & RHEPL are well connected by the same server through secured point to point link connectivity.
The IT infrastructure provided includes:
- High Availability Servers: The two multi-shift operations servers working at Radiant are of high capacity & capable of high performance. They are operational 24*7 & 365 days in the year.
- Fast Networks: Radiant network is divided into TWO Zones – Internal, External
LAN: – Radiant implemented internal Gigabyte network
WAN: – Radiant is having ONE dedicated Internet leased line.
- Data Protection: Only authorized users can access any PC or data stored on the server through a login id which is created only for Radiant employees.
- Real Time Data Backup: All the data stored on the server & selected partition in each PC is automatically backed up daily & maintained on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Access Control: For security purpose, all the doorways at the Radiant (including main entrances, training hall, library, shop-floor area, office floors etc.) are access card controlled which will give access only to the authorized persons (i.e. Radiant Employees).
- 24 x 7 Support/Monitoring: Skilled team of IT department provides effective monitoring system to ensure maximum uptime & support in case of any problem or doubt either telephonically or remote access support if required.
- Our engineers make intelligent use of computers & latest technology for heat exchanger selection, details designing, drafting, costing, inventory control, cash flow planning, accounting & financial analysis.
- All the employees of Radiant follow the set e-mail & telephone etiquettes to exhibit Professionalism & Efficiency in all our communications.
- Security Systems: We have CCTV cameras that are operational 24*7 & 365 days in a year.
